They've been trying to diagnose my issue for 4 months. I spent $700 today for diagnostics and they said everything is normal. They claim they drive it and that it's acting normal, when it's not. They broke a piece on my car and claimed they did not cause it. They told me they would no longer work on my car because it's a "waste" of their time.
