We have been in our home almost a year now, and we're STILL working on our 30-day check list. By the time we get everything addressed, our 1-year builder warranty will be up, with no extension. Front yard is not landscaped to match model homes, they skimped on rock BIG TIME, leaving large muddy pits between properties. Some of our plants have already died due to the water drip system not working properly. Garage leak has been "fixed" 2 times, and still leaks. Very nice houses fire sprinklers, hi end stoves and ovens and spacious bed rooms beautiful bathrooms mail boxes that can take packages from Amazon that are locked so nobody can steal them! Cobble stone drive ways if ordered that way.
