My husband and I had the worst experience here. Mr. Brown had his dog barking at us and instead of putting the dog away and come to talk to us , he kept shouting us 'what do you want' while holding his barking dog against us. My husband and i were both confused, he seemed so uninterested to assist us (for the record, we are both black - its important to mention that because clearly he had some preconceived notion). A few years ago lost my job and needed covered California insurance. I was confused and scared about the daunting task of figuring out medical insurance on my own. I found Brown on the internet. When I called his office I first spoke with Claire. Claire is amazing! She put me at ease and helped me connect with Brown. When I met Brown he was equally as amazing. Very helpful. He took time with me to explain my options and understand insurance a little more. I highly recommend Brown Insurance.
