The people here are friendly, but there’s not much else I can say. I received a cookie-cutter quote promising a discounted hourly rate meant for a previous client (promising not to sue if they are found guilty), which was never corrected. Huge red flag when an important document provided by a lawyer is this incorrect, and it reflects just how sloppy their work ethic is. It was a small case and having a lawyer helped with confidence, but in hindsight I would’ve been better off representing myself.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM : I have been working with brown &Hiser for about 6 months or so and I can't put into words how amazing they are. They all where very nice when I called to talk to Mariah. Witch was alot. Some times many times a day but everytime they where so respectful. All amazing. I’m really not one to write reviews and I debated even writing this one. However, I really feel the need to bring more attention to the receptionist’s attitude especially at this establishment. I’m already not happy having to seek legal services but Bailey made the experience so much worse. Mariah Downey represented me during a modification of child custody and support. I would recommend her to anyone. Incredibly personable and relatable. A consummate professional and very thorough in her work.
