Brown is absolutely the best service. Phoned at 8 am, they sent service men to remove my a/c & repair it. They returned with it fixed by 9:30 am. Installed it and did an excellent job. Almost 10 am and it's feeling cooler in here already. Love love love Brown heating and cooling. Thanks so much for helping us old folks who can't take the heat and humidity. If you have someone in your home who is elderly , has cancer or has trouble breathing and your air breaks down don't call Browns.They told us right out that it didn't matter.They were too busy for us and would wait at least 2 weeks for new air conditioner with 33degree Temps .I called Bicks and had one the next day even though they were very busy as well.It was good to know that there are people who care about more then the bottom line That is not what we were told.No mention of elderly people only commercial jobs.May want t... read more
The technician -Wes moved quickly to diagnose the refrigeration problem up on arrival. Was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Job well done!!
We had a furnace repair done on a Sunday in Winter. They were quick and did a great job!
These folks are fantastic.....my parents are 90+ and when the old furnace went down, they were out immediately to assess the issue. Brown's gave us options and were able to get in the next day to immediately remove the old unit and install a new furnace. And in between the 12 hours, they provided some portable electric heaters to keep my parents comfortable.
