They have been very responsive to any problem I have had.
Personal experience
I was told that my annual hearing sceening and servicing of my hearing aides was $65 but they charged an extra $10 to look into my ears which should have been covered by the hearing exam which was covered by insurance. Servicing just included changing the tip. All hearing exams and cleanings are free at Miacle Ear.
