Matt Toohey was very helpful and upfront about the hearing aids and my need for them. He spent a lot of time doing the test and going over everything with me. I am very satisfied and so far so good with the hearing aids and programming.
Have been a customer for 9 years and have always received eat buds for free. This time I was changed $10 for them.
