I had a virtual visit with Casey to set up my new Horizon hearing aids. It was really cool! Modern technology sure saves gas money! The call did cut out a few times, but Casey restarted the call from his end and we were back on track. My next appointment is a week from today. So far I am very impressed!
Very helpful knew just what to do
Tech was very helpful and was able to complete my service in a timely manner.
Our latest visit was our second appointment at this location. I purposefully requested Casey Toohey because he was so kind and helpful the first time I brought my 95 year old mom in last spring. Casey is very knowledgeable and patient with my mom. He respectfully answered all of our questions and helped get my mom hearing again. Casey goes above and beyond his job requirement! We are very satisfied!
Good visit. Doctor was very knowledgeable and personable, and did a great job of breaking down his findings in simple terms that I could understand.
