As always, the staff are the best, there was some problem with not all of the blood work ordered for Bill was done as requested so we will have to get more blood work and wait for an additional visit. We love the Jamestown Primary Care, miss the lab.
My family has gone here for almost 30 years. Wonderful NPs and staff. We’ve always received good care. Highly recommend!
I met with NP James. He had a student from Salve and they were both very attentive. James had all my information available and looked over my medications and determined what course of treatment would be the best. I felt extremely comfortable with his professionalism. He answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Jamestown Family Practice.
We had a great first visit to Jamestown Primary Care. We especially appreciated the welcome and kindness of the two medical assistants Ms. Lisa and Ms. Ellen. We saw Dr. Wells and he gave us all the prescriptions and referrals we needed. One point of feedback I have is that it’s frustrating the office doesn’t provide a direct phone number to call. You have to call the main call center to relay a message. The wait can be long. Overall, we are happy with this provider.
Nicest office staff! Medical assistant and Dr. Wells are extremely kind and patient. Very pleased with this office.
