The doctor I see is very kind and compassionate and very helpful and clear and concise. The office staff at all of the locations are very helpful, they take very detailed notes when you call them and they always have a nurse or the doctor get back to me in a timely manner.
I am giving this office 1 star because they are unorganized and provide misleading information. 1)They called me 10 mins prior to my appointment (as I’m sitting in the parking lot) to inform me the provider was out for the day so the appointment had to be cancelled. 2) they gave me very misleading information in regards to my insurance. They said at my initial appointment that they took my insurance and now on my follow up they don’t take my insurance? The doctor I see here is thorough, clear, kind, and very helpful! Appreciative of their care and support.
The doctor misdiagnosed me after she didn't even do any blood work. She was rude and didn't seem like she really wanted to do her job. I'm glad I got a second opinion at another provider. Would not suggest going here.
