We have nothing bad to say about Brown Haven. We have interviewed several builders to build our home in the Cliffs. We purchased a set of plans, had it mapped out on the lot and something was telling us it was not right. We just kept searching until we found Brown Haven. Wrapped up our meeting with Jordan Day to choose all the finishes and review other aspects of the building plans. It was so smooth and Jordan provided just the right amount of help. We knew what we wanted for the most part, but she was able to help guide some of the key choices with her knowledge and understanding of the style we were developing in the process. She made the process enjoyable and easy!
Started our build in May and moved-in in October. Brown Haven did a wonderful job throughout the entire process. Chaiz was a great construction manager and was respectful and responsive to every concern we had during the build. After moving in there were a couple very minor issues and Justin with the warranty group were out the same day to fix the issues. I would highly recommend Brown Haven for anyone wanting a custom quality home built. 10/10
We chose Brown Haven to build our home on Lake Keowee and continue to be extremely satisfied with their finished product. The entire process of selecting a model, identifying customizations, adjusting to changes, getting regular updates with pictures, and completion of the construction went very well. We also were especially impressed with the courtesy and responsiveness of their office staff and project management. We highly recommend Brown Haven as the builder of your home.
