We chose Brown Haven to build our home on Lake Keowee and continue to be extremely satisfied with their finished product. The entire process of selecting a model, identifying customizations, adjusting to changes, getting regular updates with pictures, and completion of the construction went very well. We also were especially impressed with the courtesy and responsiveness of their office staff and project management. We highly recommend Brown Haven as the builder of your home.
We are building with Brown Haven Anderson and are about 3-4 weeks out from completion. We’re currently building a home with Brown Haven and have had such an amazing experience so far. Shelby and Angelica have been incredibly patient and understanding with us. They have taken time to make sure we understand every aspect of the build and have made sure we’re getting exactly what we desire inside and out. Even when we’ve changed our minds a thousand times, they’ve listened and been happy to make the changes. We can’t wait to see the finished product!
During the selections process Angelica was amazing helping us bring the vision of our new home to life. We were not looking forward to this part of the home building process but she not only helped relieve our anxiety she made it enjoyable. She listened to what was important to us and helped bring it to life! I highly recommend working with Angelica, she was a pleasure to work with.
We are in the process of starting our build in March 2025. Shelby has been fantastic assisting with the design changes, answering our many questions with prompt responses, and coordinating the design and site review process. We look forward to continuing this positive relationship during the construction of our forever home!
