Beware of getting your warranty – I purchased a home on which the previous owner had foundation work performed by Brown Foundation. The previous owner is now out of the country and has paperwork in storage, so I called Brown to get copies for a realtor that has a buyer for my house and Brown "can't find the paperwork" and claim that they do not warranty any of their work done before 2003...BEWARE!
