Terrible service from the nurses. I had egg retrieval nine days ago. Throughout the entire process, they said everything was fine and wonderful. Yesterday, I found out that it wasn't my doctor who prescribed the medications, but another doctor. My doctor didn't even know what was going on. It wasn't my doctor who performed the egg retrieval, it was another doctor, and I didn't even see his face because he didn't even show up before the procedure. Awful. It took 40 minutes for the staff to take a specimen bag from me and check my blood pressure. The admin and drs are disgusting and immorally over book patients for profits.
