I have never made a worse medical decision in my life than choosing to go with Brown Fertility for our complicated fertility needs, and I don’t say that lightly. There is lack of financial transparency, disorganized office staff, and providers will show up an hour late to an appointment and not even acknowledge your wait. We had to wait for hours before we were seen. We were asked to pay out of pocket and didn't revive any description of itemization of services. They didn't file insurance claims more than two months after the service. We only saw the doctor once and then the NP and nursing team managed the treatment. They were very disrespectful and condescending and gave us bad advice that resulted in wasting our cycle. No apologies were made whatsoever to acknowledge the mistakes they made. Disorganized staff and nurses. Poor communication throughout the process. I felt that the nurses run the place since I met the doctor only briefly only once. Everyone and every couple is different and should be treated according to their case. However, They seemed to have a process to follow with everyone irrespective of what the situation is.
