Very nice space & the overseer was super kind. We were here for a tournament & our Coach was running late, so I had to step in. The director spoke with me & gave me the run down & helped me keep up with the fouls. My Head Coach reign was short-lived but fun. Thankful to the refs & man in charge for their kindness!!
Customer service could be improved. I felt upset after suggestions of wrongdoing on my part over a simple misunderstanding that could have been avoided if my question had been taken seriously instead of written off as a "general question," whatever that means. Even if my new membership covers this location, I won't be coming back here again. I'll stick with the other branches that are much more welcoming and better at working through problems that arise.
