We have had nothing but a wonderful experience at Brown Orthodontics! The entire staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and truly cares about their patients. They even went above and beyond when my son had an issue with his braces after hours and met us to fix his wire. Their level of care and customer service has been exceptional from day one. We trust them completely and will be using Brown Orthodontics for all three of our kids. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!
Not enough good things can be said about them. They make every patient feel a part of their family and somehow make the braces experience easy. I went 35 years hiding my teeth, and now i am proud of my smile thanks to BFO! My wife and oldest child have also been their patients, with another child soon to start.
We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jess! Years ago, I had the privilege of working as her assistant, and even then I knew she was one of the best. When it came time to make decisions about our daughter’s orthodontic care, we traveled all the way from Vidalia, Louisiana for a second opinion because she is the one person I truly trusted to give us an honest recommendation.
