Friendly staff. The doctor is super funny and amazing.
The process only took about 15 months. I am very satisfied with my new beautiful smile. I had an off bite, underbite, crooked teeth, and an adult tooth that needed to be brought forward into place. Dr Brown and his staff are absolutely fantastic, the sweetest people. The office visits regardless of the time of the day I was pretty much in and out. I highly recommend Dr Brown.
They never answer the phone and they are not open when they say they are and don't do what they say they will do.I've been trying to get my daughter.An appointment in there for months and could never get in touch with them.They do not call you back when you leave a message
My son was a patient his braces are stuck on his teeth because Dr Brown refusing to at least remove the braces due to the media false accusations my son isn’t convicted or a danger to anyone. Medicaid will not cover another Orthodontist office removing the braces. This office is a joke and discriminating.
