Complete miscommunication from the start, ending with the technician misunderstanding of our communications and being very rude and quitting over the phone. Don't waste your time, use another company !!!
I called browns exterminating twice withing a 2 week period. Both times I was told by the I suppose receptionist that she would give my name and number to the exterminator and have him call me. Neither in which I heard back. That was after I told her the second time I called that I never got a call back the first time!
