Brown is no longer the local service that I and many desire. If you call the office you will go through a matrix of transfers only to reach someone in the next state. And if you dealt with Browns for years you maybe required to go through another matrix of calls to only get a voicemail for the accounts department. The final straw is the following text you’ll receive asking you to complete a survey.
No longer Brown. Acquired by American Pest. Called, got transferred to 3 people. Was told my application (Carpenter Bees) would be a branch manager convo. Never called me back. Too bad as I previously liked working with Brown but the giant gobbled them up and service seems to have taken a hit.
