Hi, After picking up my clothes today, I can honestly say I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. Charging nearly $80 for this amount of basic laundry is completely unreasonable, especially considering how the clothes were returned. Nothing about the service reflected the price charged. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and I would appreciate a refund or partial refund for this order because this honestly feels excessive and unfair. Thank you.
