My experience was truly great. He handled my case with genuine care and professionalism from start to finish. What stood out the most was how communicative he was—he kept in touch the entire time and made sure I was always informed. I really appreciated how the whole experience was centered around me and my needs. I felt heard, supported, and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
Poor communication. Did not request the proper evidence, and as a result the film was erased. I strongly discouraged anyone using this firm as thier incompetence has harmed the outcome of my case. Mine you they did nothing for four months, which resulted in a rude email. Do not use this office.
