I was a patient of Dr. Brown in 2011. I had lost 2 children prior after birth @ 22 and 23 weeks. I searched online for the best doctor and found Dr. Eric Brown he promised me that I will get farther along this time and which I did just that I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy at 26 weeks. He was born 1lb 9oz and now he is a beautiful, healthy active strong 12 year old boy. I thank God Daily for Dr. Eric Brown. I wish he could see my son today. Avoid this Dr. at all cost!! I'm just able to write this review after a yr my tragedy. This Dr. shouldn't even call himself a Dr. I literally seen him once for 5 mins out of 9 months! After my back and forth visits to the ER, he never once called. Even after me calling stating the issues I kept experiencing. His nurse would just tell me to go to the ER. Needless to say, my final week in his office something wasn't quite right, where the assistant had to get the nurse practitioner in the room. They told me it was expected via... read more
I’ve been going here a long time, wonderful service but today it wasn’t all so great. The Hispanic woman in the back doing blood pressures needs more training. She took my blood pressure wrong 3 times and got inaccurate results, but wrote them down anyways. She had the tube almost to my elbow, and didn’t even notice. I took a picture but am not able to upload it. On top of that she was using unnecessary language in her place of business. She had a wonderful spirit but needs more training.
I would like to say that the staff is immaculate along with the nurse practitioner. Dr Brown, I was less than pleased with. Never have I ever had a doctor give me such a vague answer to what I have going on with me and then told me to google it. So now after googling it I have even more questions than I started out with. He came in rushed through my appointment, gave me a prescription but didn’t really explain why it was needed. I wish I could have seen the nurse practitioner she was super nice and welcoming.
