Was super positive until it wasn't. I bought a brand new tractor from this place. It broke down before the 26-hour mark on the motor. No fuel getting to the engine. Spoke to service multiple times they told me to do certain things multiple times. Nothing ever changed it. Go to find out all the insurance and the warranty and everything else is a scam. Good luck.
