Their customer service was top notch. They noticed a different issue as we were picking our equipment up. We drove an hour and a half to pick it up and they needed a couple of hours to fix an issue. They took us to lunch and gave a little history on the business. We were treated very well.
Adam and the staff at BEC have been great to work with over the last 6 months as we have bought a SECA Combo Truck as well as several RIGID products designed for sewer inspections and locating. Quick communication and delivery of products has been outstanding. Highly recommend.
