I wouldnt take my dead horse to Keith or Jennifer Brown. They bring ther personal problems to work with them and are not Professional at all.Keith Brown is very egotistical.
I first went to Dr Browns clinic when my Appaloosa had cancer on his 3rd eye. Dr Brown and his staff were amazing!! Then a couple of months after that CeCe ended up lame. I took him back to Dr Brown and they did a few test but came up inconclusive. He told me instead of wasting my money he would refer me to an neurological specialist. Most other Drs would rack up your bill THEN tell you they are going to refer you. I would recommend this clinic to EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!
My mini broke his leg a year an a half ago and Dr. Brown did amazing work. It was completely displaced. He is almost30 years old so we werent optimistic. However Dr. Brown splinted him and he was as good as new in only 5 weeks. We lived over 2 hours away and Dr. Brown kept him there for almost 3 weeks for us. He was so compassionate and answered all of my questions! I am a PA so I am sure I was sooo annoying but Dr. Brown never batted and eye at it. He also showed me x-rays of a horse I knew that had foundered and was essent... read more
Keith has been a friend for a long time and before his clinic was officially open, he took in a very sick colt of mine. My colt was given very little chance of survival due to a bad joint infection but Keith, Jen and their other staff members saved managed to save him. They took in my mare and baby for over a month! I cannot say enough great things about all of them! His clinic is a couple hours away from my house, so originally I called a local vet in to take a look at my baby and he advised us to put him down. To this day,... read more
I cant say enough about Dr brown and his staff. My 11 year old daughter had just starting riding horses & barrel racing and was doing really well until her mare started locking up (just stopping)as she would come around the barrel & then just take off again & finish the pattern. For 2 months we tried EVERYTHING.. chiropractor, teeth floated, 1 vet told us it was due to fulid build up in her stiffle, a farrier told us it was a abcess, most people told us she was just sour. Although my daughter had only been riding for a year ... read more
My horse was diagnosed with advanced navicular disease on both front feet and one back foot. He was only 9 years old and I got him a year prior to the diagnoses. He was in a lot of pain. Dr. Brown and the staff was soooo nice and helpful. When I had to put him down the Doc came up to the pasture and talk to us. The staffs send us his halter, a piece of the main and tail hair at no extra cost. I can only HIGHLY recommend them. I will take the 3-hour drive to bring my horses there anytime I need a vet.
First time using this vetsoffice. Took in a rescue horse for dental care and got free coupons for special feed from the vet. Nice atmosphere and very nice helpful staff. Plan on doing more business with them.
My horse was very sick. She had to have surgery right away on a Sunday night. The whole staff was very professional and kind. The care she got was excellant. I highly recommend this hospital. Special thanks to Dr. Brown, Dr. Murray and the whole staff.
My 11 year old quarterhorse mare had to have surgery on her front foot after a rare karatoma was discovered. Surgery went very well, post-op care was excellent and the entire experience with Dr. Brown and his staff was very positive. I would highly recommend this hospital if you are in need of an excellent veterinarian and caring staff.
