Wonderful service through text. Great location close to lake placid. The Adirondack rail trail was super close!! The bikes were brand new as were the helmets !!! Highly recommend

We had a blast renting from Brown Dog this past weekend. Communication was great, Omega checked in with us the day before our rental to make sure we knew where to go, and when we arrived he gave us all the information we could ask for. The boat itself (we rented a pontoon) was very clean and safe. There's a couple maps on board, as well as the NY boating guide, to help navigate the channels and around the islands if you're unfamiliar with the area. HIGHLY recommend and we won't rent from anyone else going forward!
Had the pleasure of finally renting a pontoon boat from omega after staying in one of their cabins the last few years. Wow what an amazing day it was! Communication and service was incredible. Boat felt brand new and in perfect working order. Omega spent the time to go over everything else and gave us a crash course in piloting a pontoon boat as it had been awhile for myself.
