*******UPDATE*********^ Brown DCJR did make it right and gave me my second key for my daughter’s Jeep and apologized for my negative experience. My salesperson Emily didn’t seem to be on her game. I made a big purchase and she didn’t seem very appreciative of my business. She did a lot of running around without telling me what she was doing. Everytime you call or go by this service dept its always a negative reply or response idk whats going on here. If you dont like your job quit find something else. Its customer service not complaint replies from this service dept. If you dont want to work or take the time to figure it out just say so before I take my vehicle in to get repaired. I will take it somewhere else. Aways crying about stuff that dont even pertain to my vehicle.
