Intake is very good and friendly. Updates are phoned in a timely manner. My biggest complaint is that they dont stock even the most basic parts. Last time I waited over a week for a rear end to be shipped from California. Really. I spent over 300.00 on a rental car waiting for parts for my 2004 Grand Cherokee. I know they want me to buy a new jeep, but this is not the way to convince me to buy from Brown.
