No compassion. I agree with the comment regarding the administration being a disgrace.
The medical staff is terrific. BUT the Administration is a disgrace. Whenever you have to call the office, you will be on hold for about a half hour. Try to get info and get the message. “You are number 12 in the Q” Very unprofessional way to contact good professionals
Dr. Christopher DiMarco helped treat atopic eczema on my hands. He listened carefully and patiently to my concerns and offered suggestions. A new prescription has already shown remarkable improvement. I also took my son to Dr. DiMarco for a birthmark on his chin. He expertly answered all my questions, explained what exactly the birthmark is, and addressed my concerns. Thank you.
Jon has been taking care of me since my very first suspicious mole was spotted (no pun intended). He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and has such a great bedside manner. I have had a number of precancerous moles removed by Jon, and despite my high anxiety during the process, he has made it so comfortable, quick and practically painless. I am grateful for him, and the rest of the Brown Dermatology staff, as their work ultimately saves my life in the grand scheme of things!
