I'm writing this review because great dental teams are hard to find. Brown Dental Associates is the whole package. It is a two dentist team with an amazing staff. You are greeted warmly by Sheila, who wears many hats. She will always have a smile for you as she is working her magic to take care of your dental needs. The office is comfortable, clean and very welcoming. Dr. Brown's assistant, Julie greeted me, took me to my room and made me feel at ease. Followed my hygienist, Monica, to this office after my dentist retired. Monica is a top notch hygienist who is meticulous with my cleanings, and explains everything. Dr. Shackelford did a crown for me and I could not be happier! So happy to find such a great dental office!
My wife and I have been coming to Brown Dental in Troy for several years. Enza and Chelsea have been excellent hygienist. Dr. Brown and Dr. Shackelford have also consistently gone above and beyond for us. We drive way out of the way to come to this location. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. A big thank you to the entire staff!
