Front desk doesn’t do his job at all. Terrible service trying to schedule appointment. He Hung up on me after I asked him to clarify what he was saying 3 times. What a joke
very fast, nice, and professional.
I had an appointment at 4:00pm and got there at 3:05 pm to be told that they cancelled my appointment because they couldn’t confirm my appointment. I never got a call or text to confirm anything. The receptionist said, you can wait until 4:00pm to see if the customer shows up if you want.
I would highly recommend avoiding these clinics; the only reason there are 5-star reviews is because the clinic offers a $5 Starbucks gift card if you leave one. Dirty clinics and not well kept.
I had a cleaning done at this dental office in February of this year, and the cleaning that I received was very disappointing. They took some X-rays and after the x-rays the dentist came in explain the x-rays and after that use a electric dental cleaning to for about a few seconds wow cleaning my teeth and had the assistant to then floss and polish my teeth with an electric buffer like tool after the dentist said that my teeth looked good.
