So I had dental service strictly on 8/15/25 wasn't satisfied at all!! I had to get 2 cavities filled ended up having only 1 done.. because the dental employee wanted to rush to extract a tooth of another customer..the dental employee wasn't skilled at all. Made things worst by drilling too deep in my tooth where the filling is rubbing against my nerve.. when done he told about the how he gave pain medication to help me with the nerve pain instantly I was mad.. I had a wonderful experience with Ms. Lemmer the dentist hygienist. She was very friendly and patient with my son. She took time to explain everything clearly to him and made his visit very enjoyable.
Went because I had a hole in my tooth (which they had recently did but incorrectly) I got a appointment through the call center and he expressed to me that they have EARLIER times to get me in my appointment was at 12 I waited for someone to bring me to the back for over 30 mins I get back there at 12:34 I didn’t get seen until 12:54 and they did NOTHING !!! If you don't mind waiting 3_6 months for an appointment, then this is your go to place for state insurance. I scheduled my appointment in March and now in the middle of July, the day of my appointment, I get told 4 hours in advance the dentist is leaving at the time my appointment is scheduled for. Next availability December. Like what? The guy on the phone has always been very professional and kind- Steve. The staff is nice and friendly. That was in 2022. Not sure how things are there now.
