I have a 2014 Impala LTZ that developed several failed sensors, power steering issues, and wheel bearing noise. Service advisor worked well with service tech to resolve issues as bad rear wheel bearing caused several problems.
The sales staff here was amazing when we bought the car...the service department not so much. ..want to be nickel and dimed for service this is the place to go...will never be returning and unfortunately will not be recommending them as a dealer anymore either. ..
Poor cleanup on my new suburban at delivery. All that money and dust and scratches on it. No pride in their work. Detailer was maybe a 20 year old kid, not qualified obviously.
