Woman making appointments so rude. This was my Aunt's cat. I cared for my Aunt and her kitty and then when she died Kitty went with my Cousin in Russellville.. She had been to this Vet 4 times. Not a new patient. Cousin is disabled so when I am in town from New Mexico I take her to the Vet for vaccines. You may be busy. The attitude was one of an uncaring apathy. I wanted to keep her and other animals safe but no help here. Please tell staff to at least pretend to feign some care.
