Arthur showed up when promised, did a faster and better job than we could imagine, and we would never recommend anyone else! We are grateful to him for such wonderful service.
Came out and gave us a quote on putting a quick disconnect in for a hot tub. Was able to fit the job in quickly, which we really appreciated. Did great work, very clean job that looks great.
It was a Sunday morning. Called about our power flickering. Arthur was courteous, honest, and professional over the phone as I explained what I was experiencing with my power. He recommended to contact the power company first before having him come out, as he believed that I had a faulty neutral on the meter side. Duke power confirmed what he had said. Thank you sir.
These people are awesome! In the middle of the night my refrigerator and microwave, in fact one whole wall of my kitchen, the power went out. I called them and they actually walked me through diagnosing the issue and we got things working again! Thank you!
