I needed a chain replacement on my road bike and they got me in and out on very short notice. While Emily was replacing the chain, she noticed that the rear derailleur hanger was very slightly bent, negatively affecting the shifting. She gently bent it back to center and, between this adjustment and the new chain, the bike shifts like a dream. This attention to detail is what keeps me coming back here.
