One of the best bike shops I've ever been in. They carry a lot of super cool inventory including e-bikes and trail bikes. Brought my bike in with a stripped crank arm. They put it on a priority and had replacement crank arms and pedals available immediately. They charged me exactly what I could have gotten them for at their cheapest online (cheaper because no shipping) and had the bike fixed and had me out on the trails within an hour. Great shop! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Hooked me right up with new tires and perfect tips for the trails at the state park.
I needed new brakes on my son’s mountain bike. Emily was able to work it in the same day so my son could (safely) get back out on the trails. She even fixed a few small things that she noticed needed fixed. The shop was busy but she took the time to welcome everyone and answer questions while she worked. I highly recommend Brown County Bikes!

I broke my chain out on the trails. I could not have received better service. They had a new chain on for me in 10 minutes. The part I liked is the selection in the store. They have just about everything you can think of. Also very knowledgeable staff. Best bike shop I’ve ever been to.
