Been a patient for 15 years. The last 2 years it has been impossible to get a phone call returned. 3 requests later and nothing. I really like Dr. Brown but his office is nothing but frustrating. A new Dr. Is in my future.
I called this office 10 times AND left a voicemail. They do not answer the phones but state in their website in order to cancel appointments “ simply call us”. Simply call you? No answer this is crazy do your jobs and answer the phone
Had an endoscopy completed December 1st. It’s been three weeks, no one called about the results and no letter received with the results that I need for my surgery. Getting in touch with staff in the office is basically impossible. No one ever picks up the phone in any department. Do better!
