We tried multiple times to schedule a coach for my wedding party, leaving messages with no call back what so ever. When I finally did reach someone, there was no availability for that day, which on short notice is understandable. However, when we told them we tried to reach out for a month prior and it would have been nice if they could get back to us or answer the phone, the lady abruptly hung up on us. I'll never call Browns for anything again!
