It was an ideal experience. Walked in, told them what I was looking for and they helped me find an even better vehicle. Customer service was impeccable and the entire process was expedited with care and intent. Eulises Olveda was very attentive, informed and determined to help. Jerry Rodriguez helped nail down my insurance issues and Sal Battaglia was outstanding in handling the process start to finish.
Mr Pilo Ruiz listened to what we needed in our vehicle since my husband is handicapped. He showed me some excellent vehicles and explained their features. I was allowed the opportunity to test drive them. Mr Sal Battaglia explained the terms of the financing and the companies commitment to excellent service. Overall, my husband and I are very pleased with the purchase.
