Riverside Retreat at Federal City. Pipes and wall constantly making noise. Exhaust system on roof very loud. Emergency exit doors are very hard to open, and there are a lot of handicap people living here. Cannot use the staircase. Cheap construction.
Top notch group all the way around. Brett, Red, and David pay attention to detail and get things done on time!
