THE WORST! Super overcharged for maintenance and even made up issues so they could charge for them. All they knew how to do was change breakers so they charged thousands of dollars every month to do that. I have only changed a few breakers in the 9 years since then. When I said we would pay their full fee but we would schedule maintenance on our own, they quit the next day!! They did not properly screen tenants and we ended up with some Mexican gang in there that scared the other residents. Do NOT USE Brown & Brown.
