We have been with Brown and Brown for over 8yrs and with recent changes this yr they have been horrible to work with! They take over a week to get a simple COI out, they don’t answer phones nor email back in a timely manner. Often times customer service means more than price!
Absolutely ridiculous. Not to be trusted.

No one will never answer the phone
Don't get me wrong, this place is very helpful when it comes to taking your information, setting up your account, getting your billing issues figured out, etc. But if you ever need your insurance, you'd be better off banging your head against a brick wall. My wife was in an accident and when we reached out for assistance in filing a claim, the agent, Mitishia, literally told us to 'Google how to file a claim.'
