Don't get me wrong, this place is very helpful when it comes to taking your information, setting up your account, getting your billing issues figured out, etc. But if you ever need your insurance, you'd be better off banging your head against a brick wall. My wife was in an accident and when we reached out for assistance in filing a claim, the agent, Mitishia, literally told us to 'Google how to file a claim.'
