Rachel with Brown & Brown of Massachusetts, is an unresponsive agent. She doesn't follow-up on time, or at all. She doesn't check-in outside or during renewal. She doesn't ask any questions about how life circumstances have changed between renewal periods. She doesn't offer to shop your insurance, even if your rates are increasing by a third. You will be nothing more than a number and a small commission at Brown & Brown. Do yourself a favor and find an brokerage that actually cares about your needs.

I have worked with Brown and Brown professionally and on a personal level for a few years now. They are the best in the business - each person i speak to has been great, however i have to note Kate Bardellini, Ashley Rodio and Lori McManus for being the best. They are always so helpful, kind and responsive almost immediately. I’m not sure I would trust to go anywhere else.

I would give this agency 0 stars if possible. It was impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone. It took 3 months to get a loss of runs document on a condo that didn't have any claims filed. This occurred despite involving managers. Additionally, without hoping around much, we were able to save almost 700$ - overprice and inaccessible with terrible customer service.
