Terrible agent I was a Brown and Brown customer for more than a decade. When I decided to leave they created a form I needed to sign to end the relationship. They threatened to degrade my credit and bill me for services not rendered. A very sad parting of the ways. Would not recommend them to anyone.
Zero empathy for their own employees. Take your business elsewhere….there are plenty of options!

Ramon is the best agent. I moved to FL and had several policies to start anew and Ramone was responsive and helped me with everything. He was always quick to respond and on the ball. I would recommend him to anyone. I have business and personal policies with him and he got me excellent rates. Only thing I wish they had was electronic forms. But Ramon was awesome at handling all the paperwork.
