I was a client with Frank H who was always available to answer questions or his colleague Matt would be available. This new firm always has voice mail and the response time is 2 to 3 days later. I moved our home owners insurance and looking for a new agent for our liability/auto. Customer Service is almost nonexistent.
No client agent was there.
