Brittany Nelson is The Best! Brittany is the most professional and outgoing insurance agent I've ever worked with. She returns calls in a timely manner and will go the extra mile to make sure you're getting first class service. Brittany made several phone calls and sent several emails to Liberty Mutual on my behalf to get my roof replaced at no cost last spring due to hail damage.
Brittany Nelson answered my email the same morning that I sent it and was very efficient and had me taken care of in no time. When she reached back out, she had already searched and found better car insurance coverage than I was currently paying. I appreciate her knowledge and professionalism. It's really nice to be taken care of!
Brittney is always very helpful, timely, and communicative!
I have enjoyed working with Brittany Nelson for several years to provide insurance for my rent house in Bend. Brittany has been outstanding in providing timely, knowledgeable, and professional experience. Every question was answered authoritatively. Every question was responded to quickly. I would use her again without hesitation.
Our account management was passed to Brittany Nelson during Brown & Brown's reorganization but she does a great job and we would have chosen her given the chance. We've had a complicated variety of policies for a long time and we appreciate Brittany's prompt attention whenever we need to make a change.
