My experience with Brown and Brown has been absolutely terrible. The lawyer assigned to me, Mark, has shown no compassion and little to no effort in handling my case. I rarely, if ever, speak directly to him—instead, I’m always pushed off to a paralegal. He has failed to file important motions, including a hardship motion I specifically requested.
