I had my insurance through Brown and Brown for the past 15 years and never needed to contact them. Recently I tried to call them several times, but I was never able to talk to anyone in the office aside from the receptionist. My calls were cold-transferred to the providing insurance company. They didn't even know what I was calling about. I call that horrible customer service.
