The worst company I've ever had to deal with. Unprofessional. Good luck speaking with anyone. No one will return a call or answer any questions. Company seems fake. A fraud. A cover up to take peoples money and offer no protection.
Great insurance broker one of the best in the nation with small town service, but competitive prices.
After three attempts to communicate with Brown & Brown, no one has returned my call. We’ve been customers for over 20 years and can’t even get a call back. We’re gone.
