Good prices
never return a call...customer service is very poor and not at all responsive and transfers inbound calls to same recording voiced by a different person !...pitched SAFECO to us for auto insurance which JD Power rates as one of the very worst auto insurers....clearly an apathetic and disinterested broker just like the incompetent Brown & Brown agency we had in Westchester County , NY....clearly a tired old brand resting on former laurels !
