I would not recommend this company it's awful how they took my friend Tonya’s money without letting her know. People should not be treated that way. Don’t get scammed folks
I would not use these guys after the way they treated my friend Tonya. They way they handled her situation is super unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone use them.
Stay away from this place at all costs. Ervin and that old hag treat their employees like garbage. Archaic, and no self respect. They overcharge their clients and don’t tip on deliveries. It’s hard to believe this company is supposedly run by Christians. You can tell the only thing they care about is profit. We just love Nicki. She prepares our taxes every year.
If you're getting your taxes prepared here, you need to call and find out the price first! I was charged $600 for standard deduction. That is highway robbery! The staff is very professional and I have no doubt my taxes were done properly, but no individual should be charged that much for less than 1 hour of work.
